vegan diet: day 1

ok so i have spent the best part of day (hungover as hell) looking online at all the vegan websites i can find and i am properly going to do it!

it’s probably going to be so hard at first, and i think i may still eat fish at the beginning (so technically i think it’d be a pescatarian) but it’s going to benefit myself and so many other people 🙂

today’s meals were as follows:
breakfast: nothing (i was too hungover to stomach food)
lunch: Bootea chocolate shake
tea: jacket potato (i ate half of it and didn’t eat the skin), broccoli (my favourite vegetable in the entire world) and sweetcorn.
snack: alpro blueberry yoghurt
