hi, i’m alex and i love puns.
today’s breakfast was liquid form [no alcohol for a change!!]
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 3 spoonfuls of frozen summer berries [raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants, blackberries, blueberries and cranberries]
- quite a lot of soy milk um….
this was delicious! the only downside was the seeds that i got stuck in my teeth. who else has a blend active? i got mine last week and it’s been an absolute star… read somewhere you can blitz vegetables and then transfer to a saucepan and heat up the soup??? not too sure about that one, but for now it’s excellent for shakes, smoothies and juices… if anyone has any recipes please do let me know 🙂 #whatsinyourblender?
