it’s national vegetarian week 🍎🍊🍐🍌🍇🍓🌽🌱
i’ve only been vegetarian/vegan for about 2 weeks now but already i feel so much better for it 🙂 i am contemplating going pescatarian just for protein in my diet, but i don’t like the idea of eating fish so i’m still trying to decide on that one… thoughts/advice?
sorry i haven’t posted lately, i’ve had a busy few days, plus i broke my phone so had to send it for repair, and the phone i have in the meantime doesn’t have any social media or even a camera, it barely texts and calls haha!
been to the gym twice this week, going again tomorrow.. my cardio fitness levels are improving slightly, focusing more on my arms and abs tomorrow 🙂
